Your new role

Working closely with finance leadership and operational stakeholders, you will deliver accurate reporting, strengthen financial controls and provide meaningful commercial insight.

Key responsibilities include

- Preparing monthly management reports, board reports, variance analysis and performance commentary
- Coordinating annual budgets and maintaining rolling forecasts
- Working across different currencies, countries and time zones.
- Supporting cash flow analysis, reporting, audit and compliance requirements
- Partnering with budget owners to challenge assumptions and improve forecast accuracy
- Providing analysis across margins, projects, products and capital expenditure
- Improving reporting, controls, data quality and finance processes

What you'll need to succeed





You will be a technically capable and commercially curious accounting professional who enjoys working closely with the broader business.

You will ideally offer

- CA or CPA qualification
- Strong commercial accounting experience, ideally within a product, manufacturing, engineering or technology environment
- Demonstrated experience across management reporting, budgeting and forecasting
- Sound knowledge of month-end accounting, balance sheet reconciliations and financial controls
- Advanced Excel skills and experience using an ERP or integrated finance system
- The confidence to communicate financial information to non-finance stakeholders
- A practical, analytical and continuous improvement mindset

What you'll get in return

You will receive a salary of $110,000 to $120,000 plus superannuation, together with:
