We are looking for an

Administration & Accounting Assistant to join our small, chartered accounting firm in Bowral.

Duties include

- Greeting clients

- Answering telephone and email enquiries, making appointments, and providing basic information about services and fees.

- Setting up clients in our software system and downloading information from the ATO so it is ready for our tax specialists to meet with the client to prepare their return.

- Collecting payments from clients, issuing receipts, and banking duties as required.

- Following up with clients on outstanding documents needed so we can complete their tax return.

- Document scanning and filing.

- Assisting in office maintenance, including stationery inventory and general office tidying.





- Basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks.
