About the Role:

We are looking for a reliable and organised Casual Administration Assistant / Operations Support team member to join our South Australian operation based in Dry Creek.

This is a newly created role designed to provide additional administrative and operational support across our Fleet, Warehouse and Customer Service functions. The role will suit someone who enjoys variety, can adapt to changing priorities and is confident working across different areas of a busy transport and logistics environment.

The position will provide valuable coverage during periods of increased workload, staff leave and changing operational requirements, helping to ensure our day-to-day administration and processes continue to run smoothly.

- 3-5 Days/Week with Flexible Start Times Between 9-10am

- Hourly Rate Depending on Experience ($33.71 – $36.39 Per Hour)

- Opportunity for Overtime During Busy Periods

- Opportunity for Growth into Part-Time or Full-Time Role

Duties & Responsibilities:

Depending on the operational requirements of the day, your responsibilities may include:

- Providing administrative support to the Fleet team, including data entry and maintaining accurate records.





- Assisting with the completion and checking of driver runsheets, PODs (including POD scanning/uploading within required timeframe) and related documentation.

- Assisting with daily PUD fleet debrief processes.

- Supporting the preparation of fleet KPI and operational reports.

- Completing linehaul manifesting and ensuring required documentation is accurate and completed on time.

- Providing administrative and data entry support to the Warehouse and Customer Service teams.

- Assisting with pickup, consignment and booking data entry as required.

- Responding to internal and external queries professionally and escalating matters where appropriate.

- Providing general administrative support across the SA operation as required.

- Assisting with staff leave coverage and other operational requirements to ensure continuity of service.

About You:

- To be successful in this role, you will be:

- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing environment.

- Confident using computers and learning new systems.

- Experienced in administration, data entry or a similar support role.

- Able to prioritise tasks and manage competing demands.

- A explicit and professional communicator.

- Reliable, flexible and willing to assist across different areas of the operation.

- Comfortable working independently while also being part of a wider team.

- Previous experience in transport & logistics administration would be advantageous.
