Administration Manager – Transport & Logistics

BOSSNA Logistics is a growing WA transport, warehousing and logistics company looking for an experienced Administration Manager to join our team for an immediate start.

We're looking for someone who knows the transport industry, is organised, confident and capable of taking ownership of the administrative side of a busy logistics operation.

The Role

This is a hands-on position working closely with management, drivers, warehouse staff, customers and suppliers.

Your responsibilities will include

- Managing the day-to-day administration of the business
- MYOB invoicing and accounts administration
- Customer invoicing and payment follow-up
- Heavy Vehicle Accreditation administration and compliance
- Maintaining vehicle, driver and compliance records
- Transport documentation and general operational paperwork
- Customer and supplier communication
- Assisting management with day-to-day operational requirements
- Keeping administration, paperwork and deadlines organised
- Identifying issues and getting things sorted before they become problems

What We're Looking For Previous transport,



freight or logistics industry experience is highly preferred.

You should also have

- Experience using MYOB
- Knowledge of Heavy Vehicle Accreditation and compliance requirements
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Good computer skills and attention to detail
- Confidence dealing with customers, drivers and suppliers
- The ability to prioritise and work independently
- A practical, common-sense approach
- A willingness to take ownership and get things done
- Availability to start immediately or at short notice
