We are seeking a flexible, organised and enthusiastic individual to provide general administrative services to our hospital on a permanent full-time basis! About You The role requires someone who can remain calm, organised and resilient in a fast-paced environment.

You will also bring the following:

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a broad range of staff—both clinical and administrative—as well as a diverse group of patients
- Previous experience in a healthcare or hospital workplace is not essential but highly desirable
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Exceptional customer service abilities
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- High level of attention to detail




- Strong computer literacy - the ability to navigate multiple IT systems quickly and accurately
- Ability to work autonomously
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Experience with hospital patient administration systems or private practice software (desirable)
- Understanding of private health insurance and patient billing (desirable)
