Infrastructure Canberra is looking for a customer-focused and highly organised Administration Support Officer to become the central point of support for our Delivery - Transport and Civil Group.
In this role, you'll be the friendly, responsive and reliable first point of contact for workforce and business support matters, helping staff navigate recruitment processes, onboarding arrangements, training requirements, business systems and day-to-day administrative needs. Your ability to build positive relationships, provide exceptional service and keep things running smoothly will make a real difference to the success of our teams and the delivery of major infrastructure projects across Canberra.
