About This Role Casual Educator - Armadale When the day changes, I still need someone steady. Someone who understands routines.
Someone who reads the room.
Someone who helps me feel safe even when things are a little different.
At Only About Children Armadale your experience can bring that calm.
We're looking for an experienced, flexible and relationship-led Casual Educator .
About Our Armadale Campus At Armadale, my day feels bright, calm and full of character. I arrive at a renovated church on Kooyong Road, close to trains, buses, parks, playgrounds and cafés. The building feels special, but still warm and safe for children like me.
I learn in six indoor rooms and play outside with sandpits, a wooden fort and slide, rocky riverbeds, mist for warm days and shady spaces. I can make friends, ask questions, explore and feel proud when I try something new. This is where character, calm and curiosity come together.
You're The Difference At OAC, they say You're The Difference .
I think that means your experience helps my day feel steady. You know how to step in gently, support my educators and help the room feel safe, playful and calm.

- My educators feel supported when you read the room and respond to what children and teams need.

- Curriculum and wellbeing resources help you keep supporting children's learning with confidence.

- OAC values your Diploma experience and judgement, because children like me feel it in the steadiness of the day.
Child safety and inclusion I need to feel safe before I can learn, play and grow. At OAC, child safety comes first. There is zero tolerance for child abuse and harm. Everyone who joins the team must help create a safe, nurturing and inclusive place where children have a voice, feel safe, and are valued and respected.
