As we continue to invest in Artificial Intelligence (AI), automation and digital capability, we are seeking an experienced AI Business Partner to help shape the future of our Victorian Workers Compensation business.

This newly created role offers a unique opportunity to combine your operational knowledge of Victoria's personal injury landscape with emerging technology and innovation. You'll act as the bridge between our operational teams and national AI function, identifying opportunities to improve outcomes, increase efficiency and support the responsible adoption of AI across the business.

What You'll Be Doing





As the AI Business Partner, you'll partner closely with operational leaders, Continuous Improvement, Technology, Data & Analytics and our national Automation & AI team to identify, prioritise and embed AI-driven solutions across Victorian Operations.

- Identifying and prioritising AI, automation and digital opportunities across Victorian Workers Compensation operations.
- Partnering with leaders to translate operational challenges into practical technology solutions and business cases.
- Driving adoption of AI capabilities through training, coaching, workshops and implementation support.
- Formulating business requirements for implementation of AI and automation initiatives
- Acting as a trusted AI advisor, helping teams embrace new ways of working and realise tangible business perks.
- Collaborating with Operations, Continuous Improvement, Technology and Data & Analytics teams to align initiatives and share best practice.
- Supporting AI governance requirements, use case assessments, risk reviews and approval processes.
- Measuring and report on adoption, outcomes and business value to ensure successful implementation and continuous improvement.
- Assisting with stakeholder engagement, including supporting AI and automation initiatives involving WorkSafe Victoria where required.

About You

We’re also looking for

- Strong experience within Victorian Workers Compensation or Personal Injury.




- Proven stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- Exposure to AI, automation, digital transformation or technology adoption initiatives.
- Experience supporting organisational change and capability uplift.
- Understanding of responsible AI, governance or risk management frameworks.
- Experience developing business cases, benefit models and operational reporting.
- Ability to identify business challenges and translate them into practical technology opportunities.
- Strong analytical, facilitation, presentation and communication skills.
- Confidence working across frontline teams, leadership groups and technical stakeholders.
