Role: AI Solution Architect (GCP)

Type: Full time – Perm / Contract

Location: Sydney/ Melbourne

Status: Valid visa with full working rights

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

- Cloud Platform: Google Cloud Platform (GCP) including Gemini Enterprise (inc ex. Vertex AI), BigQuery, and Firebase.
- AI Frameworks: Experience with orchestration tools (e.g., ADK) and evaluation frameworks for AI responses.
- Architecture: Microservices, Event-driven architecture, and complex system integrations.
- Documentation: Expertise in creating Architecture Decision Records (ADRs) and Business Capability Maps.
- AI & Agentic Orchestration: Deep understanding of LLM, RAG, HITL, and multi-agent frameworks.
- Strategic Advisory: Ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and translate ambiguous business "pain points" into structured technical roadmaps.
- Healthcare Compliance: Knowledge of data privacy standards, ideally the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act and HIPAA-aligned security frameworks.
- Agile Governance: Proficiency in managing "slices of value" delivery within a quick-paced, experimental environment.

Solution Architecture & Technical Leadership





- Design the platform and architecture that solve Customer’s business problems while making pragmatic tradeoffs based on product availability in the region, delivery timelines, cost and other aspects. Document these technical decisions and tradeoffs for later reviews and refinement through the ADR process.
- Leverage technical expertise and experience in RAG, HITL and multi-agent platform design to architect the MVP implementation and design flows, including complex integrations.
- Provide leading practices recommendations on platform products and usage.
- Collaborate with the Customer stakeholders and help them define Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs), including scalability, latency for AI agents, and high-availability targets.
- Establish a Security & Privacy architecture (e.g., Data Sovereignty, PII handling in LLMs) to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Provide advice on the testing strategy for an agentic platform (e.g., evaluation frameworks for AI responses).
