About the Role

As an Apprentice Butcher, you will learn all aspects of the trade, including:

- Preparing, cutting and trimming a variety of meat products
- Learning safe and efficient knife handling techniques
- Portioning, weighing and packaging products
- Maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene
- Serving customers and providing friendly service
- Maintaining clean and organised work areas
- Learning industry procedures and equipment operation
- Working as part of a supportive team

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

- Keen to learn and build a career as a butcher
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Physically fit and comfortable working in a cool setting




- Safety-conscious and willing to follow procedures
- Comfortable working as part of a team
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude
- Able to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends and public holidays when required

No previous butchering experience is required — full training and support will be provided.
