- support case management reviews and help track each person's progress.
- coordinate programs, referrals and services that support people before and after release.
- work with prisoners,

- maintain clear records, data and schedules to support programs and parole applications.

About The Candidate You should have experience in, or an understanding of, working in a correctional environment. You should understand the needs of people moving through prison and back into the community.

You Should Also Have

- understanding of transition and reintegration issues affecting people in custody.
- skills to use risk assessment tools with individual prisoners.
- ability to work with people who may be hard to work with.
- computer skills using programs such as Excel to manage data.
