As an Assistant Educator , you’ll help shape vibrant, safe, and engaging learning environments where children feel welcomed and inspired. You’ll build strong, supportive relationships with children, families, and your team, contributing to a positive and collaborative workplace. We’re on the lookout for a Early Learning stars who:

- have a flexible approach and are ready to be on call to happily supporting the team on a variety of shifts
- are passionate about play-based learning and creating magical, meaningful moments in a child’s day
- are collaborative and kind-hearted, with a genuine love for building connections with children, families, and fellow educators

What You’ll Need

- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care
- Flexibility to work across all shifts, from early mornings to closes, to support the needs of our families and team.
- Strong knowledge & understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards and Play-based Child-led pedagogy
- Current Working with Children Check
- Mandatory National Child Safety Training
- Open to Close/ Monday to Friday availability
- Excellent communication & leadership skills
- Experience with Storypark is a bonus
- First Aid and CPR certificates including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
