An assistant Valuer required to join busy Boutique valuation firm in Cremorne. The role will involve assisting Directors accross all facets of valuation work. Strong IT skills, including proficiency with AI tools, and fast typing speed are highly regarded. Full-time position preferred, with training to commence as soon as possible.

- Assisting directors
- Title search/ Area calculations
- Search sales/ rental data and analysis
- Booking inspection times
- Contacting Real estate agents/ Councils for information
- Co-inspection of properties with director – taking notes, measurements and photos
- Assist in draft valuation reports

Key Selection Criteria

- Strong IT skills and proficiency with AI tools
- Fast typing speed
- High attention to detail in grammar, spelling, calculations




- Proficient in word/ excel/ outlook and general computer skills
- Current drivers license
- Proven Reliability
