Employment: Permanent Full-Time

Hours: 38 hours per week, Tuesday to Saturday

Salary: $68,946 + super

NLH Workforce is currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an Assistant Store Manager to join their Tingalpa team.

We’re looking for someone with a strong woodworking background who has excellent product knowledge and enjoys working with customers. Previous retail, sales or team leadership experience would be highly regarded.

About the role

- Support the Store Manager with day-to-day operations
- Lead and support the store team
- Provide expert product advice and customer service
- Assist with sales and showroom presentation

About you
- Strong woodworking or timber industry background
- Positive knowledge of woodworking tools and machinery
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Passionate about woodworking and helping customers
