We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced property professional to join our Brisbane Property Management team as an Associate Director.

Reporting to the Director, you will oversee a high-quality portfolio of commercial assets across Brisbane's CBD and fringe markets, delivering outstanding outcomes for our clients while supporting the leadership and development of a high-performing property management team. With the support of a dedicated Property Administrator, this role offers the opportunity to focus on strategic asset management, client engagement and team leadership while ensuring exceptional service delivery across the portfolio.

About the Role

- Lead the operational, financial and commercial performance of a premium commercial property portfolio.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, occupiers and key stakeholders, providing trusted advice and exceptional service.

- Support the Director in mentoring and developing team members while fostering a team-oriented, high-performance culture.

- Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, lease administration, compliance and asset performance initiatives to maximise value for clients.

About You

- Senior experience in commercial property management, ideally across premium or institutional-grade assets.

- A demonstrated track record of managing major commercial assets, of coordinating a team of property managers, engineers and building supervisors and liaising with clients at a strategic level.

- Leadership capability, with experience mentoring or managing property professionals.





- Sound financial acumen with an understanding of cash and accrual accounting/financial reporting

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, supported by a proactive and solutions-focused approach.

- Certificate of Registration and thorough knowledge of the property industry and local market.
