We are representing a leading national firm looking for an associate level FSR lawyer to join their growing team. The role The role will see you working across a range of financial services clients, advising on regulatory issues across the sector and gaining exposure to a variety of interesting matters.

- Work across a broad range of financial services regulatory and advisory matters
- Exposure to superannuation, funds management, banking, insurance, payments, fintech and AFSL licensing
- Work with a range of major financial services clients, as well as emerging businesses in the sector
- Opportunity to get involved in regulatory and strategic advisory work
- Senior lawyers will have the opportunity to run matters with minimal supervision and develop client relationships

About you To succeed in this role, you will have 4+ years PAE in Financial Services Regulatory,



gained within a leading law firm or regulatory body. Additionally, you will have:

- Experience advising on financial services regulatory matters, with a broad understanding of the regulatory environment and issues affecting businesses across the sector.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to run matters independently as well as work part of a team.
- Genuine interest in developing client relationships and building your practice.
