We are looking for an experienced Audio Visual Team Leader as we head into an amazing period of growth and change, culminating in the 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games. About You….

- Sound understanding of Lighting, Audio, Vision and Rigging disciplines with a specialisation in at least one discipline
- Previous operating experience in a corporate or a major venue
- Team player who commits to delivering only the very best customer experience




- Skilled in coaching and guiding your crew and sharing your knowledge and experience.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts over a 7 day period, day and night
- Pride in your work that clearly shows attention to detail and care

About the role….

- Maintain an ongoing awareness of the audio visual event calendar whilst actively participating in the day to day operational requirements of our AV event services
- Proactively ensure that the delivery of AV equipment and production services are of the highest quality
- Supervise and lead AV teams ensuring positive engagement and a customer focused setting
- Operate AV equipment in show environments within your skill set but across disciplines where possible
- Where Rigging is a speciality, a minimum of Basic Rigging qualification is required
- Supervise, train and develop crew lending your knowledge and experience whilst deepening your own learning
- Be event facing in fulfilling AV Duty shifts assisting with all operational AV aspects
