Join the Fleurieu family — Fleurieu Motor Group is looking for a reliable, hands-on Automotive Accessory Fitter to join our busy Pre-Delivery (PD) Department at Victor Harbor, with an immediate start available.

We’re open to applicants at all experience levels. Whether you’re an experienced accessory fitter looking for your next opportunity, or you’re mechanically minded, practical and keen to build a long-term career in the automotive industry, we’d like to hear from you.

Remuneration is negotiable and will reflect the successful applicant’s skills and experience. Training can be provided for the right entry-level candidate.

Victor Harbor is a beautiful coastal town just one hour from Adelaide CBD. Fleurieu Motor Group is a locally owned, multi-franchise automotive business representing Toyota, Mitsubishi and Hyundai across our site.

The opportunity — what you’ll be doing

• Fit genuine manufacturer accessories to new and used vehicles within our Pre-Delivery Department.

- Install items such as tow bars, bull bars, roof racks, canopies, trays, side steps, wiring kits and interior accessories.
- Follow manufacturer fitting instructions and ensure all accessories meet quality and safety standards.
- Prepare vehicles for customer delivery, ensuring all accessories are fitted accurately and professionally.
- Maintain a clean, organised workspace and accurate job records.
- Work closely with the PD Manager, sales team and service department to ensure vehicles are completed on time.

About you — what we need

We’re happy to consider both experienced applicants and people looking to enter the automotive industry. Ideally, you will have:




- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on skills.
- Previous experience fitting vehicle accessories, auto electrical components or mechanical parts — preferred, but not essential.
- The ability to follow fitting instructions and complete work accurately.
- Pride in your workmanship and robust attention to detail.
- The ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
- A current Australian driver’s licence — manual preferred.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Experience within a dealership, accessory fitting, mechanical, fabrication, auto electrical or trade environment will be highly regarded, however training is available for the right person.
