About The Role

As our Marketing Coordinator, you'll support the successful delivery of marketing campaigns and initiatives across the Michael Hill and Bevilles brands. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you'll coordinate campaign activity, manage timelines, assist with creative development processes, and ensure assets and communications are delivered accurately and on time

You'll collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders across Marketing, Merchandise, Retail, eCommerce, CRM, Production and agency partners, helping to keep projects moving and ensuring campaigns are executed seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities Include

- Coordinating campaign implementation, timelines and approvals.
- Preparing campaign briefs and supporting integrated marketing activities across multiple channels.
- Managing marketing assets, collateral and product information.
- Supporting photoshoots and campaign production requirements.
- Assisting with budget administration,



invoice management and campaign reporting.
- Maintaining robust communication across teams to ensure alignment and successful campaign delivery.

We're looking for someone with previous marketing experience, excellent organisation skills, strong attention to detail and a collaborative approach. You'll be a proactive self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and building relationships across the business. Experience within retail or a customer-focused industry will be highly regarded.
