Are you an experienced baker looking for a place where you can simply do what you do best - bake?

We’re a small family-run wholesale bakery in Aldinga, and we’re looking for an experienced baker to become an important part of our team.

This is a hands-on, independent role for someone who knows their craft and enjoys taking ownership of their work. You’ll manage the daily bread production from mixing and dough preparation through to proving, shaping and baking.

No unnecessary supervision or someone looking over your shoulder. We’re looking for someone we can trust, and in return, we’ll give you the freedom and respect to do your job well.

About you

You’re an experienced commercial baker who is confident with mixing, dough preparation, proving, shaping and baking.

You can organise your own production, maintain consistent quality and meet daily deadlines without needing step-by-step supervision.

Most importantly, you’re reliable, take pride in what you make and are looking for somewhere you can settle in and become a valued part of the team.

This isn’t a trainee position, so solid commercial baking experience is essential.
