We are a growing food manufacturing business looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated Baker & Patisserie Chef to join our tight-knit team. What You’ll Do

- Manage daily production of high-quality baked goods and patisserie items.
- Take full ownership of your workstation, ensuring quality control, consistency, and food safety standards.




- Communicate effectively with the team to keep production running smoothly and efficiently.
- Assist in refining recipes and processes as we prepare to transition into a larger manufacturing space.

What We’re Looking For

- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a commercial bakery or patisserie kitchen.
- Passion & Ownership: Someone who genuinely loves the trade, takes pride in high standards, and manages their responsibility with care.
- Excellent Communication: Clear, proactive communication skills and a positive, team-first attitude.
- Growth Mindset: Enthusiasm to learn, adapt, and scale with us as our production expands.
