About the Role An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Banking & Finance Associate to join a highly regarded Brisbane practice and work as part of a nationally collaborative team. You will advise a diverse range of financiers, borrowers, sponsors and government stakeholders on complex financing transactions, with the opportunity to work alongside colleagues nationally on significant matters.

Your role will include structuring and advising on financing transactions, drafting and negotiating finance and security documentation, and working across a broad range of financial products and structures.





The breadth of the practice provides an excellent opportunity to continue developing your technical and commercial expertise while gaining exposure to a diverse mix of clients and transactions.

Who We’re Looking For

We are interested in hearing from lawyers with approximately 2-4 years' post-admission experience who have:

- Demonstrated transactional Banking & Finance experience gained within a top-tier law firm.
- Experience preparing and negotiating finance and security documentation
- Robust technical drafting skills and attention to detail
- Sound commercial judgement and an ability to understand clients' broader objectives
- A proactive and collaborative approach
