Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, we are seeking an experienced, energetic, and adaptable bar specialist to lead and develop our team within our amazing & unique Hotel Bar at PARKROYAL Monash Melbourne The Role:

- Be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our bar area supporting the other food & beverage outlets when required & providing excellent hospitality to our guests throughout their Food & Beverage experience
- Ensuring a positive, team orientated approach to leading
- Assist with team development and overall coordination & training of the department.
- Extensive wine & cocktail knowledge
- Preparing & mixing sophisticated drinks & coffees

Ideally you will have:

- A passion for the hospitality industry




- Previous experience as a bartender or mixologist within a Hotel restaurant environment
- Experience in coffee making, mixology & wine knowledge essential
- Demonstrated Service Recovery skills
- A Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate is a must for this role.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritizing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

This role is an evening-based role including weekends and public holidays.
