We are seeking multiple friendly, reliable and enthusiastic Bar, Gaming, Functions & Food Allrounders to join our club team.

This varied, hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and is comfortable moving between bar service, gaming operations, functions and basic food preparation. You will help create a welcoming environment while delivering prompt, professional service to club members and guests.

Key responsibilities

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Provide accurate cash handling and efficient customer service.
- Assist with Keno and gaming machine operations, including payouts, promotions and jackpots.
- Replenish bar stock, fridges, cool rooms, glassware and service areas.
- Set up, service and pack down functions.
- Welcome guests and provide courteous, accurate service throughout events.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to support timely meal service and special dietary requirements.
- Prepare and cook basic meals from the all-day snack menu, maintaining high standards of quality, presentation and portion control.
- Keep bar, gaming, kitchen, function and customer areas clean, safe and presentable.
- Participate in stock control and stock takes as required.
- Report equipment faults, workplace hazards, customer complaints and inappropriate behaviour.
- Follow liquor licensing, gaming, food safety and workplace health and safety requirements.
- Complete daily task sheets and other reasonable duties directed by management.

Previous experience in hospitality, gaming, functions or basic food preparation will be highly regarded.

Qualifications

Applicants must hold, or be willing to obtain:
- Responsible Service of Alcohol certification
- Responsible Service of Gambling/Gaming certification
- I'm Alert in Food Safety certification, or an equivalent recognised food-safety qualification
