We're looking for a friendly, reliable bar and waitstaff person to join our team at the Southgate Motel, serving drinks and meals and helping create a great experience for our guests.

● This is a casual role, working every Monday and Tuesday, 5:30pm - 8:30pm, with scope for more hours.

● This position is based in Mount Gambier, SA.

● MUST HAVE a current RSA certificate.

Key Responsibilities

● Serve drinks and food to guests in a friendly, professional manner.

● Take and process orders accurately, including handling payments.

● Keep the bar and dining area clean, stocked and presentable.

● Respond to guest requests and resolve minor issues on the spot.

● Contributing to our positive team atmosphere The ideal candidate will have:

● A current RSA certificate -- essential.





● Friendly personality with a positive outlook.

● Committed to providing the highest level of customer service.

● Good communication skills, confident with guests and colleagues.

● Ability to stay calm and efficient during busy periods.

● Previous bar, waitstaff or hospitality experience is an advantage but not essential.

● Availability every Monday and Tuesday evening, with flexibility for extra shifts.
