Barback / Floor Support – Brisbane Venues

Luna Group Hospitality is looking for energetic and reliable Barback/Floor Support team members to join our growing team across our Brisbane hospitality and nightlife venues.

This fast-paced, hands-on role plays an essential part in keeping our venues running smoothly. You will support the bar and floor teams by collecting glassware, restocking supplies, keeping service areas clean and safe, and helping ensure guests enjoy a welcoming, well-presented environment.

Key responsibilities

- Collecting, washing and returning glassware throughout the venue
- Restocking fridges, bars, ice, glassware and other service supplies
- Keeping bars, floors and guest areas clean, organised and hazard-free
- Identifying and responding quickly to spills and broken glass
- Removing rubbish and maintaining back-of-house areas
- Supporting bartenders, floor staff and management during busy service periods
- Completing venue opening, operational and closing duties
- Following workplace health and safety, RSA and venue procedures
- Delivering friendly and professional service when interacting with guests

About you:
- Reliable, punctual and willing to work as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a busy, high-energy environment




- Able to remain productive and organised during peak service periods
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods and safely lifting and carrying stock, glassware and equipment
- Available to work late nights, weekends and public holidays
- A positive attitude with a robust work ethic
- Previous hospitality or nightlife experience is beneficial but not essential
- A current Queensland RSA is highly regarded
