We are an established and professional barbering business excited to be opening our second location in Seven Hills, NSW.

We pride ourselves on providing quality men's haircuts and grooming services, excellent customer service, and a welcoming environment for our clients.

As we expand into our second location, we are looking for a skilled, reliable, and enthusiastic Barber to join our growing team.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced barber to join us from the beginning of our new location and play an important role in building the shop and developing a strong client base.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing a high standard of barbering services while creating a professional and welcoming experience for every client.

Your responsibilities will include

- Consulting with clients to understand their preferred haircut and grooming style.
- Delivering high-quality men's haircuts and grooming services.
- Creating a range of modern and traditional men's hairstyles, including fades and scissor cuts.
- Providing professional beard trims, shaping, and grooming.
- Styling and finishing hair to achieve the client's desired look.
- Building positive relationships with clients and encouraging repeat business.
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and hygienic workstation at all times.
- Providing friendly, qualified,



and attentive customer service.
- Working efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship.
- Contributing to a positive and professional team environment.

ABOUT YOU The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience working as a barber.
- Strong skills in men's haircuts, fades, and beard grooming.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- A passion for barbering and delivering quality results.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- A professional, friendly, and reliable attitude.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- The confidence to work in a busy barber shop environment.
