Position Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic Barista/Café All-Rounder to join our team. The ideal candidate will prepare high-quality coffee and beverages, provide excellent customer service, and help maintain a clean and welcoming café workplace.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented café and is eager to develop their hospitality skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages.
- Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient customer service.
- Take customer orders and accurately process payments using the POS system.
- Assist with basic food preparation and service when required.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station, dining area, and general café space
- Restock ingredients, takeaway supplies, and display items.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety requirements.
Qualifications:
- Previous barista or café experience is required.
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and milk texturing is highly regarded.
- A friendly, positive, and customer-focused attitude.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
Pay: $26.44 – $30.00 per hour
