Job Description

We are currently recruiting seasonal operators and farm hands to support harvest programs across several large-scale broadacre cropping operations throughout Australia.

These roles will work as part of farm teams during the upcoming 2026 harvest season, operating modern machinery and supporting day-to-day harvest activities.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Operate broadacre harvest machinery, including headers, tractors and support equipment
n
- Operate chaser bins and grain handling equipment
n
- Assist with grain cartage, storage and general harvest operations
n
- Support general farm activities as required
n
- Work safely as part of a team during busy harvest operations
n

n

About You

n

We are looking for motivated and reliable people who enjoy working in a hands-on agricultural environment. You might be a seasoned harvest worker, or just starting out.

n

Experience in any of the following will be highly regarded:

n

n
- Header operation
n
- Grain handling
n
- Tractor or machinery operation
n
- Previous broadacre cropping or harvest experience
n

n

You will also have:

n

n
- A strong work ethic and ability to work extended hours during harvest
n
- Good communication and teamwork skills
n
- A valid driver's licence and Australian Working Rights
n
- Willingness to work in regional locations
n

n
