Job Description

Calvary Health Care is seeking dedicated Support Workers to service the Southern Fleurieu Peninsula, including Victor Harbor and Goolwa. You will assist aged and high-needs clients with activities of daily living and provide home-based domestic, social and personal care to support independence.

Responsibilities include promoting client choice, adaptable rostering, driving required vehicles, and maintaining up-to-date care plans while ensuring safety and confidentiality.
