Job Description

HBT Australia is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join the HR team and provide hands-on support across NSW operations. Based primarily in Beresfield, you will partner with business leaders and manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and performance management across the employee lifecycle.

You will collaborate with the HR and WH&S; teams, support training and succession planning, and contribute to projects and HRIS activities such as Employment Hero, with occasional travel
