We're working with a growing Managed Services Provider that partners with organisations to modernise their IT environments through cloud-first solutions.

They're looking for an experienced Level 3 MSP Engineer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, leading cloud migrations and becoming a trusted technical advisor to customers.

n

This is a senior technical role where you'll work across Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, infrastructure and cyber security, helping customers move from traditional on-premises environments into modern cloud solutions.

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Lead infrastructure and Microsoft 365 migration projects into Azure.
n
- Design and implement modern Microsoft cloud solutions.
n
- Configure and manage Microsoft Entra ID, identity and authentication services.
n
- Deploy and manage Microsoft Intune, endpoint policies and device management.
n
- Deliver Microsoft 365 solutions across Exchange Online, SharePoint and Teams.
n
- Configure Azure networking, virtual infrastructure and cloud services.
n
- Support virtualisation environments including VMware and Hyper-V.
n
- Work across networking environments including Cisco Meraki and Aruba.
n
- Implement Microsoft security technologies including Defender, Sentinel and Essential Eight controls.
n
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership across projects.
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Azure cloud infrastructure and customer migrations.
n




- Microsoft Entra ID and identity/access management.
n
- Microsoft Intune and endpoint management.
n
- Microsoft 365 implementations and tenant migrations.
n
- Windows Server, Active Directory and hybrid cloud environments.
n
- Azure networking, virtual machines, storage and backup.
n
- VMware and/or Hyper-V.
n
- Networking technologies such as Cisco Meraki and Aruba.
n
- PowerShell and Microsoft cloud administration.
n
- Solution design and technical delivery within an MSP environment.
n
- MSP tools such as ConnectWise PSA and Datto RMM.
n

You don't need to tick every box. Strong experience across the Microsoft/Azure ecosystem is key, and there's scope to develop your knowledge across some of the other technologies used within the environment.
