The Opportunity If you’re a genuine hunter who loves winning new business, building relationships and making money, this one is worth a look.

We’re recruiting a BDM to take ownership of the Perth and wider WA market for an established global logistics business.

This isn’t an account management role however you will manage the relationships you bring on. You’ll be out there finding opportunities, meeting customers and building your own portfolio of B2B clients.

You’ll have plenty of freedom over how you run your territory, backed by an experienced operations team and a collaborative national sales team.

The Money $$$

Base is dependent on expereince and the commission structure is genuinely robust:

- 15% of GP generated from your clients in Year 1
- 10% of GP in Year 2
- Commission paid quarterly
- Established performers earning mid $200Ks
- Top performer has earned over $300K

What You'll Be Doing You’ll research and target businesses across Perth and WA,



generate your own opportunities, meet decision-makers and convert them into long-term customers.

Think quality over pointless KPIs. The expectation is around 12 quality client meetings per month, not endless activity for activity’s sake.

- A proven B2B hunter who knows how to win new business
- Self-driven, commercially minded and motivated by money
- Confident prospecting and generating your own pipeline
- Inquisitive, entrepreneurial and always looking to improve
- Great at building genuine relationships
- Comfortable working autonomously without being micromanaged
- A positive, collaborative person who plays well with others

Freight/logistics experience is highly regarded but NOT essential. If you’ve built a successful sales career in another competitive B2B environment we’d still love to hear from you.
