Bartenders – Brisbane Venues

Luna Group Hospitality is looking for confident, energetic, and customer-focused bartenders to join our team across our Brisbane hospitality and nightlife venues.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within a fast-paced venue group offering a variety of environments, including nightclubs, bars, rooftop spaces and restaurants. We are seeking team members who can deliver fast, friendly and professional service while creating a memorable experience for every guest.

Key responsibilities

- Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Providing efficient and friendly customer service
- Processing orders and payments accurately through the POS system
- Preparing cocktails, spirits, beer, wine and other menu items to venue standards
- Monitoring guest behaviour and complying with Responsible Service of Alcohol requirements
- Maintaining clean, organised and fully stocked bar stations
- Restocking fridges, glassware, ice and service supplies throughout shifts
- Completing opening, operational and closing duties
- Communicating effectively with barbacks, floor staff, security and management
- Following workplace health and safety, hygiene and venue procedures
- Contributing to a positive and professional team environment

About you:
- A current Queensland RSA certificate




- Previous bartending or hospitality experience is preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Confident working in a busy, high-volume environment
- Able to work quickly and accurately under pressure
- Reliable, punctual and well-presented
- A positive attitude and solid team mentality
- Good knowledge of spirits, beer, wine and basic cocktails
- Availability to work late nights, weekends and public holidays
- Cocktail-making experience is highly regarded but not essential for every venue
