Monelli is seeking an experienced, energetic, and customer-focused bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about mixology, thrives in a fast-paced workplace, and provides top-notch service to guests.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve drinks efficiently and professionally
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar and bar equipment
- Engage with guests and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Handle cash and operate POS systems
- Restock and manage inventory
- Comply with all food safety and alcohol laws

Qualifications:

- Proven bartending experience (minimum 1–2 years preferred)
- Knowledge of classic and modern cocktails
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Opportunity for growth in a fast-paced restaurant environment
