Following the growth of our established Gold Coast clinic, Advanced Body Contouring is excited to be opening our first Brisbane clinic in Hawthorne.

We are looking for an experienced, confident and motivated Body Contouring Therapist / Beauty Therapist with a strong background in client consultations and sales to join our growing team.

At Advanced Body Contouring, we specialise in personalised, non-surgical body contouring solutions using advanced medical-grade technologies.

We understand that every body is different. Rather than taking a one-treatment-fits-all approach, we assess each client individually, understand their concerns and desired outcomes, and create personalised treatment plans using the technologies most suitable for their body and goals.

This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about the aesthetics and body contouring industry, loves building relationships with clients and is equally confident in performing treatments, conducting consultations and achieving sales targets.

THE ROLE

You will play an key role in the day-to-day performance and growth of our new Brisbane clinic.

Your responsibilities will include

- Conducting professional consultations and comprehensive body assessments

- Understanding clients' individual concerns, goals and expectations

- Creating personalised body contouring treatment plans

- Performing non-surgical body contouring treatments

- Clearly explaining treatment recommendations, expected outcomes and treatment programs

- Confidently converting consultations into treatment plans and packages

- Working towards individual and clinic sales targets and KPIs

- Following up with new enquiries, consultations and existing clients

- Building genuine, long-term relationships with clients

- Providing a high standard of care throughout each client's treatment journey

- Maintaining exceptional treatment room and clinic presentation

- Managing appointments and responsibilities confidently when working independently





- Contributing to the overall performance, culture and continued growth of the clinic

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for someone who combines excellent client care with strong commercial and sales ability.

You understand that successful sales in our industry are not about pressure — they come from listening to the client, understanding their concerns, providing professional recommendations and building trust.

Previous experience with body contouring treatments and technologies is highly desirable, including:

- Cryolipolysis / Fat Freezing

- EMS Body Sculpting

- HIFU

- Radiofrequency (RF) Skin Tightening

- Fat Cavitation

- Other body contouring or aesthetic technologies

Experience or qualifications within beauty therapy, aesthetics, wellness, nutrition, massage, retail or clinic sales will also be highly regarded.

You will be someone who:

- Is confident conducting consultations and recommending treatment plans

- Has a strong sales background and is comfortable working towards KPIs and targets

- Is motivated by achieving results for both clients and the clinic

- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Is warm, professional and confident with clients

- Is comfortable treating different body types and areas of concern

- Takes pride in providing an exceptional client experience

- Is reliable, organised and accountable

- Can work confidently and independently when required

- Enjoys being part of a supportive team

- Is open to learning new medical-grade technologies, treatment protocols and techniques

- Is motivated to grow professionally as the business expands

- Has flexibility to work Saturdays
