About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to lead our Robertson branch. Reporting to the General Manager, you'll take responsibility for the overall success of the branch, driving sales growth, operational excellence and team performance while continuing to build strong relationships throughout the local agricultural community.

Located in the heart of the Southern Highlands, Robertson is renowned for its rich agricultural heritage, supporting dairy, beef, pasture and horticultural enterprises. Working closely with local producers, you'll help strengthen AgriWest's presence in the region while leading a team committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

What You'll Be Doing

- Leading, mentoring and developing a high-performing team

- Driving branch sales growth and profitability

- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships

- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities

- Supporting customers across rural merchandise, agronomy and livestock production solutions

- Managing branch operations, inventory and business performance

- Promoting a robust safety culture and positive team environment





- Representing AgriWest within the local agricultural community
