We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support ICT and digital projects within a Federal Government department , including initiatives involving AI and emerging technologies .

Key skills & experience:

- Robust experience in business and process analysis for complex ICT projects
- Workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement

• Development of User Stories and Acceptance Criteria

• Experience working in Agile delivery environments

- Ability to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements
- Strong documentation, communication and presentation skills





• Experience with Azure DevOps is highly desirable

• Exposure to Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure Cloud or Google Analytics is advantageous
