We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives, build strategic relationships and identify new opportunities across the healthcare sector.

About the Role Reporting to the General Manager, Client Success and Growth, you will be responsible for identifying,



developing and converting new business opportunities while maintaining a strong focus on client relationships, market intelligence and commercial outcomes.

You will engage with senior leaders across healthcare, aged care and community services sectors, positioning AGPAL and QIP's services as trusted solutions that support quality improvement, accreditation and organisational excellence.

Success in this role requires professionalism, resilience, commercial acumen and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve agreed revenue, growth and market penetration targets
- Identify, qualify and convert new business opportunities across priority markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with executives, clinical leaders and key decision-makers
- Develop strategic account plans and growth initiatives for prospective clients
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, risks and opportunities
- Present AGPAL Group solutions confidently to a diverse range of stakeholders
- Represent AGPAL Group at industry conferences, events, forums and networking opportunities
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline activity and forecasting within CRM systems
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of business development strategies and client acquisition activities

About You You are a professional,



self-motivated and results-driven business development professional with a proven ability to build trusted relationships and achieve commercial outcomes.

You are comfortable engaging with senior executives and navigating complex stakeholder environments while maintaining a high standard of professionalism, integrity and customer focus.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

- Minimum 3 years' experience in business development, sales or account management
- Demonstrated success in achieving revenue and growth targets
- Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and solution-based selling
- Excellent presentation, negotiation and influencing skills
- Highly professional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong commercial acumen and growth mindset
- Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
- Experience in healthcare, aged care, community services or related sectors is highly desirable
- Experience using CRM systems and virtual meeting platforms
