We’re looking for a pro bono Business Analyst / Discovery Lead to help us answer an key question: should Full Circle build an ethical online art marketplace?

Full Circle Social Enterprises is exploring whether an online art marketplace could become a responsible source of unrestricted income while protecting creator rights, child safety, dignity and community agency.

The concept could begin with a small curated collection of voluntarily contributed artwork connected to our partner-school community in India, with potential future participation from adult artists, universities, schools and other collaborators.

Before we go any further, we want to understand whether the idea is actually viable.

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Discovery Lead who can take the concept through a disciplined feasibility and business-case process.

The work will include

- desktop and competitor research
- customer and market analysis
- financial modelling and revenue projections
- pricing, cost and unit-economics scenarios
- end-to-end process and operating-model design
- assessment of fulfilment and technology options
- ethical and safeguarding considerations
- risk and dependency analysis
- identifying how the model could work without relying on one person or becoming founder-dependent
- developing a small pilot model, if the evidence supports proceeding
- producing a clear, Board-ready recommendation

The final recommendation might be: > Proceed.

> Do not proceed.

> Investigate further.





> Or proceed only if certain conditions are met.

All of those are valid outcomes.

We are particularly interested in someone with experience in business analysis, strategy, consulting, feasibility studies, commercial modelling or operating-model design .

Experience with e-commerce, marketplaces, social enterprise, the creative industries or the not-for-profit sector would be valuable, but is not essential.

The project

- Pro bono / volunteer
- Approximately 10–12 weeks
- Flexible and remote-first
- Around 4–6 hours per week during active stages
- Final Business Case and recommendation required by 31 December 2026
- Direct engagement with me and relevant members of the Full Circle team
- One defined strategic deliverable — not an open-ended volunteer position
