· Assist with healthcare qualified recruitment activities across GP, Telehealth, Allied Health and Registrar recruitment streams.

· Engage and recruit HCPs on their own &/or with assist of ROLE X

· Respond to and follow up on healthcare professional enquiries, ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience.

· Support the team to identify recruitment needs, roster gaps and business requirements across Cornerstone Health’s network.

· Assist with sourcing, outreach, screening, relationship management and recruitment pipeline activity.

· Support the preparation and coordination of commercial offers, Letters of Agreement and other recruitment documentation.

· Assist with onboarding activities, including documentation, provider number processes and coordination with internal teams.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date opportunity and recruitment information within Salesforce/CRM systems.

· Assist with recruitment reporting, pipeline tracking, data cleansing and analysis to identify opportunities and improve recruitment outcomes.

· Support Salesforce and data projects, including segmentation, database improvements, reporting and process optimisation.

· Assist with AI, automation and technology projects that improve recruitment efficiency,



candidate engagement and business processes.

· Support the development and delivery of recruitment campaigns, including digital, email and other targeted candidate engagement initiatives.

· Assist with the development and growth of the Cornerstone Health Registrar Program, including recruitment initiatives, stakeholder engagement and program support.

· Support business development initiatives designed to increase healthcare professional recruitment and strengthen the organisation’s talent pipeline.

· Research market opportunities, competitor activity, healthcare workforce trends and potential recruitment channels to support business development initiatives.

· Work collaboratively with Operations, Marketing, IT, Finance and other internal teams to deliver projects and recruitment initiatives.

· Assist with process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and recommending practical solutions.

· Prepare presentations, reports, project updates and other materials for internal stakeholders as required.

· Undertake ad hoc projects and initiatives aligned with changing business priorities.
