Senior Technical Business Analyst – Deceased Estates

:

- Work as a Senior Business Analyst supporting

Deceased Estates business processes.

- Assess the impact of

UNITE transformation initiatives on business operations.

- Gather and document business requirements

.

- Work closely with

Agile delivery teams and business stakeholders.

- Perform impact assessments and process analysis

.

- Support process design and SOP updates

.

- Coordinate

UAT and BPIV activities.

- Support business readiness, training, and communication

.

- Assist with change management activities.

- Conduct workshops and collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders.

Must-Have Skills:

- Senior Business Analyst experience

- Deceased Estates / Estate Administration experience

- Requirements gathering and documentation

- Impact assessment

- Process design / process mapping

- Agile / Scrum

- UAT

- Change management

- Stakeholder management

- SOP documentation

- Training and communication

- Business readiness
