Role Description We are currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager (Victoria) to join our team on a 6-month parental leave cover starting this November.

The exciting part? As our veterinary pharma company continues to grow, we fully anticipate this role transitioning into a permanent position in another territory within Victoria after the initial 6 months.

Qualifications

- Strong business development and account management skills, including relationship building, negotiation,



and sales pipeline management.
- Experience in the veterinary, animal health, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sector, or a demonstrated ability to quickly learn technical product information.
- Solid communication and presentation abilities, with confidence in meeting with clinic decision-makers and delivering product and value propositions.
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills to interpret market data, identify opportunities, and develop territory or growth plans.
- Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to work independently in a hybrid workplace and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and common business software (e.g., spreadsheets, slide presentations, word processing).
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to veterinary clinics within the assigned region as needed.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in business, marketing, science, or a related field is highly regarded.
