What We’re Looking For
- Tertiary qualification in Business Communications, Data Science or Project Management or extensive demonstrated experience in a relevant field.
- Experience in business performance management as well as community and stakeholder engagement best practice.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver small to medium projects including research, data analytics, scheduling, planning and coordination skills.
- High level skills in the areas of process improvement and business performance improvement.
- Strong skills in reporting, analytics, dashboards, PowerBI and similar data visualisation tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to engage with and build robust relationships with key stakeholders.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead business improvement initiatives through analysis, process review, stakeholder consultation and implementation of sustainable solutions.
- Manage projects from initiation through to implementation and evaluation, including scope, risks, issues, timelines and outcomes.
- Work across the Directorate and with internal stakeholders to identify and deliver continuous improvement opportunities that enhance customer outcomes.
- Facilitate workshops,
consultation activities and information gathering to support project and business improvement outcomes.
- Provide professional advice and support to stakeholders on business improvement, reporting, systems and process enhancement.
