We're looking for an experienced Business Development Manager - Enterprise Solutions to join our Australian team.

This is a strategic growth role focused on identifying, developing and winning new Enterprise Core customers across medium to large enterprise shippers. You'll play a key role in driving Netlogix's growth strategy, building a strong pipeline of enterprise opportunities, and converting complex sales opportunities into long-term customer partnerships.

What you'll be doing

- Develop and execute growth strategies to win current Enterprise Core customers across Australia.
- Build and maintain a rolling 12-month pipeline of qualified medium and large enterprise opportunities.
- Identify, target and engage strategic customers through prospecting, networking, referrals and relationship development.
- Lead complex sales opportunities from initial engagement through to contract negotiation and close.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, tenders, RFIs, RFPs and customer presentations.
- Work closely with Solution Design, Customer Success and Operational teams to ensure successful onboarding and transition of new customers.
- Develop and implement go-to-market initiatives that support sustainable growth in the Enterprise Core segment.
- Build trusted relationships with senior executives, supply chain leaders and key decision-makers within target organisations.
- Monitor industry trends, market developments and emerging opportunities to inform growth strategies.
- Consistently achieve revenue,



margin and customer acquisition targets while contributing to Netlogix's broader growth objectives.

What we're looking for

We're seeking someone who

- Has 5+ years' experience in enterprise business development, strategic sales or solution selling within transport, logistics, supply chain or related industries.
- Has a proven track record of winning and growing medium to large enterprise customers.
- Understands complex procurement and tender processes and can successfully navigate long sales cycles.
- Has experience developing and managing strategic sales pipelines and delivering against ambitious growth targets.
- Builds strong relationships with CEOs, COOs, Supply Chain Managers and senior business stakeholders.
- Is commercially astute, strategically minded and able to identify and evaluate growth opportunities.
- Has exceptional communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
- Is self-driven, resilient and thrives in a high-performance growth environment.
- Brings a collaborative approach and enjoys working across multiple teams to deliver customer outcomes.
- Exposure to transport management, freight optimisation, 4PL or supply chain solutions will be highly regarded.
