We as Origin Coffee Traders are one of the biggest Importers and Distributors of Green Coffee specialising in selecting, sourcing, and delivering Green Coffees from all around the world.

We’ve been in the Coffee business for the last 20 years providing our products to many small to Large commercial Coffee Roasters in Australia as well as to big hospitality Organizations.

Our Busy Organization is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager who is passionate about working in the Coffee Industry and would be responsible to handle our Sales and Marketing portfolio in South Australia. The candidate for this position will be a natural leader who would be responsible for the following:

Tasks & Duties:

- Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
- Some Knowledge of Green Coffee is essential.
- Analysing budgets, preparing annual
- budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
- Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
- Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.




- Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
- Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives.
- Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
- Experience with ERP/ CRM software is an advantage
- High level of motivation, self starter and being part of a remote team is essential

An ideal candidate should possess a relevant Degree and experience of minimum 01 year. The Applicant applying for this position must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident.

What we offer:

· Annual Base Salary: AUD 85000 to AUD 100000 (38 hrs/week)
