About the role

As a Cabinet Maker/Installer, you will be responsible for the accurate and professional assembly and installation of custom cabinetry in accordance with approved plans, specifications and installation drawings. You will work at the factory and across a range of residential sites, ensuring each job is completed safely, efficiently and to the company's required quality standards. The role also involves keeping job information and progress updated through Monday.com so the Foreman and workshop team have clear and accurate information throughout each project.

Key responsibilities

- Assembly of custom joinery in the factory.
- Install custom kitchens, laundries, wardrobes, vanities and other cabinetry on-site.
- Read and interpret cabinetry plans, specifications and installation drawings.
- Accurately measure and assess site conditions before and during installation.
- Complete on-site adjustments, modifications and finishing work where required.
- Identify and communicate site issues, discrepancies and potential delays promptly.
- Work collaboratively with the Foreman and workshop team to resolve installation issues.
- Liaise professionally with clients, builders, site supervisors and other trades.




- Use Monday.com to access job information, update progress and record relevant site details.

About you

- Previous experience in cabinet installation or a similar trade-based installation role.
- A strong understanding of cabinet installation techniques and processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in your workmanship.
- Strong practical problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- A professional, reliable and solutions-focused approach.
- A current driver's licence.
- A trade qualification in Cabinet Making or Joinery
