The Opportunity

This is a true business development role. You'll identify, create and convert new opportunities across the aged care sector, engaging with executive leaders, operational stakeholders and decision-makers to uncover challenges and position solutions that deliver meaningful impact.

Success in this role comes from building new relationships, opening doors, developing opportunities early and creating demand within a rapidly changing market.

About You

You're a commercially driven business development professional who enjoys hunting for new opportunities and turning conversations into long-term customer partnerships.

You may come from aged care, healthcare technology, enterprise software, SaaS, digital solutions or another consultative B2B sales environment.

You'll Bring

- Proven success in business development and new customer acquisition
- Strong prospecting, pipeline generation and opportunity conversion skills
- Exceptional relationship-building capability
- A professional and credible customer presence
- Experience navigating multiple stakeholders and complex buying decisions
