We’re recruiting for a passionate Café Manager to lead a busy, well-established café in one of Noosa’s most sought after locations. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a premium environment with a strong mix of locals and tourists, where quality, speed and customer experience are key.

This is café and takeaway concept offering barista-made coffee, fresh food and a curated selection of gourmet products. With a strong reputation for quality and consistency, the venue operates all day and requires a leader who can keep standards high while driving a positive, energetic team culture.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading, mentoring and developing a Front of House team
- Driving exceptional customer service standards
- Managing daily operations including rostering, stock control and ordering
- Maintaining strong coffee and product quality standards
- Overseeing labour costs, COGS and overall performance
- Ensuring compliance with food safety and procedures




- Creating a positive team environment

About You

- Proven experience as a Café Manager or strong Assistant Manager
- Confident leading in a high volume environment
- Passionate about hospitality, coffee and customer experience
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- Hands on and proactive approach
- Solid understanding of rostering, stock control and financials
- Versatile availability including weekends
