About the Role:

We’re addressing the skilled labour shortage in rural Australia by bringing capable, under-valued butchers from Sydney to work in a well-run, supportive environment.

- Hours: Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Daily Schedule:
- 5:00 AM – Start work on beef
- 6:30 AM – Break and trim lamb
- 9:00 AM – 30-minute break
- 12:00 PM – 15–30-minute break
- 2:00 PM – Finish
- Relaxed, young team – No micromanagement, just good work and team camaraderie.




- Accommodation arranged.

Job Responsibilities:

- Process beef, lamb and pork according to industry standards
- Work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
- Maintain high hygiene and safety standards
- Follow daily production schedules and meet quality expectations

Requirements:

- Trade qualified butcher
- Strong knife skills and knowledge of meat cuts
- Team-oriented attitude with good communication skills
- Reliable and punctual with a solid work ethic
